I had a great experience with Dr Metin Kerem and his team- The guy at the front desk that speaks to the customers was great, informative and easy to talk to, I couldn’t imagine anyone better for the job- they provided a driver to and from the clinic and hospital who was very friendly and always made the journeys comfortable. The hospital room was like a hotel and the staff and the food were great. mr Kerem was direct and honest and also very informative throughout- his confidence gave me much reassurance and the results are just brilliant.
Having surgery for me was a dream of 20 years, right after I had my first child. Living in Australia I knew there was no way I could afford it so I had no other choice but to travel overseas as prices are quite comparable. I had lost over 85 kilos after having Gastric Sleeve surgery and was in desperate need of having skin removed. The first Doctor I contacted was Dr Murat Sarici from Istanbul, Turkey. I must have contacted about 50 different surgeons and teams from all over the world before I decided I was most comfortable with Doctor Murat. I just knew he was the one. His team were very responsive and answered all my questions almost immediately. After that, I scheduled a live session with Doctor Murat Sarici on WhatsApp and discussed what surgery I would need. It took months for me to ensure I was healthy enough for surgery and the assistant was very patient with me during this time. After I got the ok from my doctor I paid a small deposit and booked a date and went from there. I was extremely nervous and didn't know what to expect as I'd never been to Istanbul before let alone have a major surgery such as this one so I extended my stay for another couple of weeks just in case. At this point, I was having a lower body lift, Breast Lift, Breast Augmentation and Muscle repair. I booked a package which included hotel stay, hospital, all transfers, medications and garments included. I was sent a schedule a couple of days before I left to Istanbul outlining everything which was very helpful. It showed dates, times and all transfers. As planned, we were picked by a driver and Abdelrahman who was the assistant and one of the team members that I had been talking to months prior to surgery. They took us to a beautiful hotel to stay in the night before surgery. We were picked up again the day of surgery and taken to hospital where I met Dr Murat and he marked me up for surgery. Dr Murat was a lovely, sweet, laid back, professional surgeon who made me feel so comfortable it felt as if I already knew him before. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and I was happy with whatever he suggested for me to do. One thing that really stood out for me was the assistant, Abdelrahman. He was there for me if I needed anything throughout my entire trip. Even though I travelled with my husband who looked after me but I felt like Abdelrahman was always there to make sure everything was going to plan, and that I was ok. He also went out of his way to drop us off at our hotel where I had booked as part of our extended stay and I thought that was amazing. I was very well looked after in hospital, with Dr Murat visiting me and checking up on me during my stay. Overall I am extremely impressed with how everything went and am ecstatic with my results! Dr Murat is amazing at what he does. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. I am so relieved to have made the right decision in choosing this fantastic team and doctor. I feel like a whole new person now and I have Doctor Murat Sarici to thank for it.
He is the best. You cannot find honest surgeon like him. He refuses if you are not suitable for surgery even though he will lose the money.
