When I seen my nose for the first time after my cast removal, I was astounded by how perfect my nose had become. It was exactly what I envisioned and even more! I’m so excited and I can’t wait to see the final results after the swelling goes down. Most importantly the staff was above and beyond any expectations I had. I had lots and lots of questions and they always were so kind and responded very promptly and instead of making me feel like I was a burden with all my questions they made me feel at ease and very comfortable to ask anything I needed to. Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Dr Ms assistant, Abdel, talks, walks and literally takes you through each step before you get there and when you are there. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going to happen and nothing was too much trouble. Dr M was lovely and made me feel normal and comfortable even when I was being marked up and I thought I would feel super exposed. Happy smiley man who is really invested in what he does and making sure that people have the right results for their bodies. His nurse Ella is also amazing. Looks after you so well and makes sure you feel comfortable. Such a nice person. Brilliant overall aftercare from. And my results! I’m so happy. Super low and tidy scar (TT) which is fading well and will be easily covered. I’ve already booked to go back for something else as I truly trust him to do, not only excellent work, but make the right decisions for your body. Can't recommend enough!
