I have gynecomastia. My chest was a little too big. The doctor explained that only fat removal and breast tissue removal would not be enough, but also skin removal should be done. He also removed the skin around the breast. I was in the hospital for 2 days. I have a scar around the nipple, but the scar is not very obvious. It has been about 1 year since my surgery.
