First of all, I would like to thank Professor Cengiz, Ms. Meryem, Ms. Ferhan, Mr. Ramazan and their entire team for never leaving me alone during this process. On November 9, 2018, I entered Baypark Hospital and went up to the first floor. I met Ms. Meryem there and luck would be made that day. Meryem Hanım never left me alone that day and she calmed me down a lot because I was a little excited. Afterwards, I met my teacher and Mr. Ramazan and they explained everything in detail. They told me what kind of process I will go through, how I will eat, how I will continue my life after the operation, in short, everything. I stayed in the hospital that evening because they were due for surgery in the morning. When they arrived on the morning of 10 November 2018, they picked me up and took me upstairs. I was very excited that morning, but the team was so nice, sincere, professional and smiling that I forgot everything. After all, I had a good night's sleep because I was managed by a good team! After the operation, I started to come to my senses and everything went very well. Thank you to the entire surgical team. I stayed in the hospital for a few days, recovered and was discharged on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. Then I came back to the Netherlands on 17 November 2018. In this way, I convey my love and respect to all the hospital. I can't thank you enough. A very nice team, a hospital, everything was very nice and I was very happy. I would like to thank the nurses of the second floor where I stayed. God bless you, always be so sincere and smiling. And of course Mr. Ramazan, my brother has a special place for you. From start to finish, my experience was amazing! From the flymedi team (Angela and John) to my surgical team and dietician. Since returning home to Uk, I’ve joined sites of other patients who had their surgery in many different places, with many different surgeons however, if I were to do this again, I would choose exactly the same people! My surgeon Can, Seamus, and my dietitian, were just so very helpful through the whole process! Nothing was too much trouble. I was seen by the Surgeon and Dr around 3 times per day, every day, until discharged. I received all of my medication, advice, and protein shakes, along with a full, hourly daily diet plan on discharge from hospital! This is something I’ve since found to be above and beyond what is provided in the Uk! I am so very happy that I chose this team, and this surgeon. Absolutely the best! Thank you so so much!
