I have always had respect for the staff at Med Star Hospital. For the way they treat their patients and for their professional and intellectual level. But I never thought that this hospital and Dr. Mesut ÇAYNAK would give me the second birthday of my life. The decision to have surgery is not the easiest. High blood pressure and blood sugar (a gift from my obesity) had made my life very difficult. But the security and professional level of dr. Mesut is already known. And not only that, but the staff of the clinic, the nutritionist, is very nice and prepared. They explain it to you in detail on a scientific basis and with statistics. But what is very important is their commitment after the surgery, both from the doctor and the nutritionist. YOU ARE NOT ALONE .

After all the doctors I visited in the field of obesity, I had the opportunity to meet him and he literally changed my life. It is certain that he is one of the rare professors who touches the life of his patient instead of putting his work into business. You can entrust yourself blindly.

Gastric Sleeve surgery July 2020 - Thanks so much to Dr Ali Solmaz & his excellent professional & caring hospital team & special word of thanks to Emine the co-ordinator. From start to finish I never felt alone, unsure or frightened dispute the fact that I travelled by myself due to COVID. The care was exceptional, far greater than any care I’ve received within our Irish HSE system. The doctor, nurses, cleaners, kitchen, translation, dietician personnel & even the hospital taxi driver were all so caring & friendly. My advice - don’t waste time thinking about it just get it done, you won’t have any regrets!

I met Fırat Hoca and his amazing team in October 2021. Together we took a step that changed my life. Fırat Bey, Perihan Hanım, Yağmur Hanım and Melike Hanım have always supported me in this process that lasted 6 years. They patiently answered all my questions and enabled me to get very good results from my process. Bringing a new order to my life with the gastric balloon scared me a lot at first, but I spent these 6 months with an unimaginable ease with the psychologist and dietician meetings that continued for months. In the coming days, I say goodbye to my balloon and I am very happy to have courageously completed this process with you. Thank you very much for everything.
