I had rhinoplasty with Dr Caner Kacmaz, and I have had the most amazing experience. I was in contact with Melanie from the beginning, and she was so helpful. She put me at ease about flying from the UK, and answered ANY questions I had. The care from the nurses was excellent and the language barrier was no issue as all. Melanie organized everything perfectly, so for me and my father (Who travelled with me) it was a stress free experience. I love the result of my nose and could not fault anything. Amazing!

Dr Ercan is very professional doctor. He speak English very good my personal experience with him was very good my surgery went very well. I travel from United State to Turkey. There timeline and appointment everything was good. There was no changing in any appointments and any time I call them they answer me. The Assign a translator to me he name was Irem. She was with me all time she even helped me to put my clothes back on after the surgery. Overall I recommend Dr. Ercan and gave him 5 stars.
