I've had a fantastic experience with my hair transplant treatment with Dr Bircan and his staff. They've given me lots of information throughout the treatment day, with a translator on hand if required. There is also a hotel opposite the hospital which is ideal for an overnight stay. Dr Bircan's staff also called a taxi and recommended places to go to my girlfriend during my 6-8 hour operation which was beyond the quality I expected ensuring customer satisfaction. I came to Istanbul for breast augmentation surgery and this was my first surgery and my first experience with dr Caner and his team. Let me just say it was outstanding - the whole team including his personal assistant, the driver who picked us from the airport and did the transfers, even the nurses are all some very polite and welcoming people. Everything is made easier for international patients - they do all the work for you. All I had to do is send my deposit and choose the date for surgery and everything else I left in Melanie's hands - she did it all. When we arrived we were picked up from the airport by the best driver in the name of Sevket! At any point we felt like there is a language barrier. The consultation was on the next day. Dr Caner is also very welcoming and professional - he greeted us and proceeded with explaining the possibilities. I've put my trust in him and told him to do what's best for my case and that's exactly what he did! The next morning was my surgery. After I woke up the nurses in Academic hospital were my guardian angels! The hospital they work with is very nice, clean and the staff is friendly even though they barely speak English. I had a great experience with Dr Metin Kerem and his team- The guy at the front desk that speaks to the customers was great, informative and easy to talk to, I couldn’t imagine anyone better for the job- they provided a driver to and from the clinic and hospital who was very friendly and always made the journeys comfortable. The hospital room was like a hotel and the staff and the food were great. mr Kerem was direct and honest and also very informative throughout- his confidence gave me much reassurance and the results are just brilliant.

He is the best. You cannot find honest surgeon like him. He refuses if you are not suitable for surgery even though he will lose the money.
