Honestly words are not enough to describe how professional they are. From the team to the doctor to the management to the welcoming attitude. I was very scared to even enter any clinc in Istanbul but this has completely changed every single feeling to my self. I think feeling like you are under safe hands and people who cares about your life and situation is the best to go ahead with. I totally recommend it to an extreme level.

I recently had an operation with Dr Bircan and team and I am super happy with the service provided. I was in contact with Emir, one of the doctors personal consultants and he is an amazing communicator. He made me feel comfortable before deciding to go with them. He set clear expectations and explained each step of the journey in detail. When I arrived, I was treated really well and the support staff at the hospital are excellent. Alexandra kept checking up on me, one of the support staff members. She did the same with many of the other patients. Super friendly and professional service from start to end. Will highly recommend this Dr and team for all looking to do a transplant.

Prof. Dr. Ömer Refik Özerdem did the very best job for my surgery. He is a top notch doctor, experienced and will give you a fair price with the highest quality. He is a master at his craft and I am very happy I traveled from NYC to have him operate on me. His staff speaks perfect English and are the best at communicating everything you need, whether it’s a specific implant or transportation to the Hospital. It was the nicest hospital I ever been to and I don’t like most hospitals but this one I opted to stay the night. There were very few patients there, it was quiet, clean, brand new, with the nicest staff. If you have any hesitation or doubt, don’t because you will be in good hands with Dr. Özerdem.

With the advice of my friend who had surgery before, I went to Caner Kaçmaz to be examined for nose surgery. He answered my pre-operative questions with a smiling face and positivity. The post-operative period was very comfortable for me. I am very happy that I had the surgery. My nose looks so natural that I recommend Caner Kaçmaz for surgery.

Dr Ercan is very professional doctor. He speak English very good my personal experience with him was very good my surgery went very well. I travel from United State to Turkey. There timeline and appointment everything was good. There was no changing in any appointments and any time I call them they answer me. The Assign a translator to me he name was Irem. She was with me all time she even helped me to put my clothes back on after the surgery. Overall I recommend Dr. Ercan and gave him 5 stars.
