Hello everyone, I did my hair transplant @ Dr.Bircans office. I found them on Instagram and did a little more research and asked some previous clients about there experience and they all had good answers and experiences. I arrived in Istanbul on a Monday and on Tuesday morning I came in for my surgery. I was met by a great staff that did everything for me to feel comfortable and welcomed. The surgery lasted 7 hours from beginning to end. I recommend everyone that has done there research and wants to get a hair transplant to not look any further but go with Dr.B and his team! I had surgery with Dr Caner on 27/05/2022 and I would definitely recommend this clinic. So far, the service that I received from the clinic has been exceptional. Before choosing Dr Caner, I did a lot of research on Dr Caner and other plastic surgeons in Turkey. Melanie (patient coordinator) arranged a video consultation for me to discuss my surgery with Dr Caner. During the consultation, I found Dr Caner to be knowledgeable and I felt relaxed with him and Melanie. After the consultation, I was sure that I wanted Dr Caner to perform my surgery. Dr Caner comes across as wanting the best possible outcome for me, he is open and honest and he let me know what was achievable. Melanie is a diamond. She is very organised, supportive, friendly and she communicated well with me every step of the way. She even bought me snacks for my two night stay in hospital, which was extremely thoughtful. My hotel, appointments, transfers and transportation were arranged well, so I did not need to worry about anything. The aftercare has been great and even though I was being care for by nurses in the hospital, Dr Caner’s nurse visited me everyday, changed my dressing and did an overall check on me. I was very appreciative of this. I saw Dr Caner for my last post op appointment and since I have returned to the UK, Melanie has remained in touch with me. The rest of my aftercare will be virtual, with the clinic doing regular checkups with me.

Dr Ercan is very professional doctor. He speak English very good my personal experience with him was very good my surgery went very well. I travel from United State to Turkey. There timeline and appointment everything was good. There was no changing in any appointments and any time I call them they answer me. The Assign a translator to me he name was Irem. She was with me all time she even helped me to put my clothes back on after the surgery. Overall I recommend Dr. Ercan and gave him 5 stars.

Thanks to my teacher. If I had known how comfortable it was, I would have had the surgery years ago. He did my unpadded nose surgery. He was discharged 3 hours later. I started work 2 days later.
