I received a five star treatment at Dr.Cinik clinic. I found the clinic and the team that did the DHI surgery first class. The team spoke good english and were very professional, which made me feel at ease during the whole process. My personal rep made the booking easy, straight forward and provided all the information I required. When arriving at the clinic via the private transport I was welcomed by the clinic host, who was friendly and gave me a personal brief of what to expect for the next few days. The health check up and blood test was easy and again very professional, the nurse did a great job. The next day I returned to the clinic for my DHI surgery, after my consultation with Dr.Cinik I was taken to the Surgery room with the team all set up and ready, everything looked again very professional. I opted for the pain free DHI, I only felt little pinches when the anesthetic was injected and the rest of the surgery was pain free and comfortable, I even got a few hours sleep. The Surgical team were five star, made me feel at ease and comfortable during the seven hour procedure which I received 2800 DHI grafts, Dr Cinik made multiple check ups on me during the whole process. The third day I returned to the clinic for my first wash which again was easy and very professional. I am now 3 weeks post surgery and the results already look promising. I would highly recommend Dr. Cinik, the service provided by everyone on his team has been the best quality I have personally experienced in comparison to UK and USA medical clinics.

I had a surgery done by Mr. Niyazi and procedures in his clinic. Both Mr. Niyazi and Mrs. Sercan, Melisa and Yeşim, who took care of me, were always smiling and interested. Most importantly, every time I call, I provide easy access and they achieve perfection with their equipment. Sercan's interest, friendliness and effective results are among the reasons why I prefer not to go anywhere else.

Prof. Dr. Ömer Refik Özerdem did the very best job for my surgery. He is a top notch doctor, experienced and will give you a fair price with the highest quality. He is a master at his craft and I am very happy I traveled from NYC to have him operate on me. His staff speaks perfect English and are the best at communicating everything you need, whether it’s a specific implant or transportation to the Hospital. It was the nicest hospital I ever been to and I don’t like most hospitals but this one I opted to stay the night. There were very few patients there, it was quiet, clean, brand new, with the nicest staff. If you have any hesitation or doubt, don’t because you will be in good hands with Dr. Özerdem.

I would definitely recommend going to this clinic as they offer incredibly high standards & professionalism, and they offer incredible value for money! The Dr. Caner Kacmaz Clinic, in Istanbul, was recommended to me by a friend, who also returned to them after their first experience there. Absolutely everyone at the Dr. Caner Kacmaz Clinic, is extremely professional, helpful, kind & considerate! They look after everthing for you, from the moment you arrive in Istanbul and there is always someone at the other end of the phone if you have any questions, or if you need anything at all… They organise the transfers to & from the airport to the 5 Star Hotel (that they organise) and the transfers to & from the clinic/hospital. They will be honest with you about what results to expect, what treatments are right (and not right) for you and what your recovery time will really be! The Clinic & Hospital are an even higher standard than what you experience with Private Health Care in Ireland! I’ll definitely be returning to the Dr. Caner Kacmaz Clinic for another procedure I want to have done as soon as possible. I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Caner Kacmaz and his team enough!
