Really great from start to finish, every appointment leading up to the surgery was very professional and the day of the surgery went really good. I met with the Dr. Batu and he answered any remaining questions I had, the surgery was to transplant 4000 grafts and it was completely painless apart from the initial injections for the anesthetic. I was made to feel really relaxed and all the staff made me feel like I was a VIP. The after treatment was equally great and they provided everything I needed. And after two years, I had an awesome result and gained several compliments on my hair and self-confidence, also I no longer wear hats!.
