I have done a 4100 DHI graft transplant in Feb 2020 with Cosmeticium and i am satisfied with the result (2 weeks post op). The strength of the clinic is good personal communication, smooth procedures (transfers, price transparency) and a quick turn around (2 weeks waiting time). I think they are a popular clinic (3-4 patients a day) and are now based in another larger medical facility closer to the centre of Istanbul (a separate closed area). At least for me the operation was 80% done by the technicians (no issue for me, they seemed to be experienced, although quite young) but the doctor comes in often to check on you and also does your hairline. I think about 5 different people worked on my transplant during my 8-hour procedure (quite necessary for so many grafts) and everyone did their job very well. Doctors are quite chatty and pleasant to deal with, but via whatsapp you deal with very responsive sales rep. They respond within an hour even in post op so a big plus for them. They know all the answers even before you ask your questions and if not they ask the doctors directly. My final thoughts - I am happy I chose Cosmeticium; its a trustworthy clinic, cares about their rep, good facilities and quality medical staff; i expect them to grow in the future. 5* hotel was great plus and they know why we are there and support you accordingly...HT industry in TRK is booming so good time to take advantage of the competition - its a well oiled machine by now! I was a Transgender woman with a receding hairline. I chose to go to the Istanbul Health clinic through word of mouth and then researched the internet. I chose this clinic as it's pricing seemed fair and reasonable. The travel and accommodations were very comfortable and I was escorted to the clinic by one of their courteous staff. Upon arriving the at the clinic I was met by Olga who was very personable and a delight to interact with. We spoke with the doctor and began the procedure. There was very little discomfort and even though it took 9 hours I was comfortable. The experience was very pleasant and I will recommend it to anyone. Six months later I have a nice growth of hair that seems to grow longer daily and fill in. Before the year end, I may need to trim it so that I can manage the style, such a pleasure. I am excited to have had the procedure and now love that I made the choice. Thank you for the follow-up care and for making my experience a pleasant one.

I just had my transplant and Dr Okan and the team were wonderful. Took good care of me, answered all my questions and Dr Okan gave me his personal number so that I could ask him any questions over the next months as the hair grows.
