From start to finish his staff has been helpful and accommodating, specifically Elvira who was my English contact. We stayed in touch via WhatsApp and she answered any questions or concerns I had. The hospital was lovely and clean and Elvira even came to check on me. 10 days later and I now have my perfect nose.
