In December 2022 I was with Dr. Erkin Önsal for a nose operation (rhinoplasty). The previous contact with the interpreters, especially with Emre, went smoothly. Emre was always helpful and always answered any questions promptly and accompanied me during my stay. As a German interpreter, he is very friendly, courteous and helpful and organized everything for me and my companion (even when there was a flight plan change, he was very flexible and adjusted everything for me). The staff at the hospital was also extremely friendly and helpful, even if we couldn't understand each other's language. I would particularly like to highlight the work of Dr. Erkin Önsal, who welcomed and accompanied me very lovingly. I am delighted with his work. He is very personable and friendly, and the nurse who accompanies him during every operation is also extremely friendly and helpful. All in all it went great.
