I wouldn’t imagine a 4 years kid to go happily to ENT appointment but the ice break Dr. Osman Halit did at the first visit made all our appoints enjoyable visit to his clinic. The courtesy and diligence from Dr. Osman was main reason for us to keep all the follow up visits at his clinic and recently my daughter had to undergo surgery which Dr. Osman performed. What I can say is our experience with Dr. Osman was fantastic and beyond our expectations. His patience with kids, cooperation, giving ambient time for our questions made us very happy and satisfied.
