I had a bone removed from my nose with local anesthetic to open the airway. The attending physician also damaged the cartilage structure in my nose. He explained everything he would do in the surgery in fine detail. It's been 3.5 months and I have a natural nose. Nobody understands that I have surgery. Aesthetic, septum deviation surgery was performed with an open technique. I can easily say to those who want to have surgery, he is a doctor you can absolutely trust.
