I needed a septoplasty for a severely dislocated caudal septum which restricted airflow on the right side of my nasal valve. Cosmetically, I wanted to remove my nasal bridge hump, narrow my bulbous tip and also deproject it for a more refined nasal tip. It's refreshing to see an expert in their field after conducting thousands of procedures still possessing fresh enthusiasm for what they do! He was very honest and told me what I could realistically expect with the final result. It's been post 14 days now since my septorhinoplasty and even though it's early days, the results seem very promising!
