It has been a process of ten years, deciding do I really want it, and if I do, which surgeon can I trust for this life changing decision. I'm a very critical person when it comes to beauty, not easily satisfied and always aiming for perfection. To me money and distance weren't an issue. It was all about quality, experience and expertise; beautiful and natural results. Customization; different noses for different faces since we are all unique. I read his blogs, saw posts about his patented instruments, professional worldwide courses, two books about plastic sugery and rhinoplasty, national TV shows, and last but not least the endless list of beautiful before & after photos + videos (which confirms the results of the photos, since you can't really edit a video). Today is one week after my cast removal and two and a half weeks after my surgery. After two months the result will be more accurate, since now my nose is still recovering from the surgery. Anyways everyday I'm happier about the outcome. I'm still swollen, some days more, some days less, but I'm feeling good and overall looking good without any bruises.
