The tip of my nose was low. An operation was performed to lift the tip of my nose with a filler. The doctor said he will use a filler that lasts longer than normal fillers. It's been about 2 years and my nose still hasn't fallen off, but I'll probably go again after 6 months. He didn't do it exaggeratedly, he got a very natural result.
