Yes, I'm still in shock. I don't know how to start. First of all, I would like to thank this family and team very, very sincerely. I suddenly decided to have the surgery. I have had 9 surgeries on my face. I had sloppy and ugly scars from my previous surgeries. I couldn't get the results I wanted from any of the surgeries I had in Germany. Prof. Dr. Ömer Refik Özerdem did the very best job for my surgery. He is a top notch doctor, experienced and will give you a fair price with the highest quality. He is a master at his craft and I am very happy I traveled from NYC to have him operate on me. His staff speaks perfect English and are the best at communicating everything you need, whether it’s a specific implant or transportation to the Hospital. It was the nicest hospital I ever been to and I don’t like most hospitals but this one I opted to stay the night. There were very few patients there, it was quiet, clean, brand new, with the nicest staff. If you have any hesitation or doubt, don’t because you will be in good hands with Dr. Özerdem.
