Amazing experience from the first message to the end after surgery. Dr Hakan and his team were really helpful and made the whole expedite really comfortable. Pamuk was outstanding she met me the first day and stayed with me throughout the whole process. They all made me and my family feel very comfortable and we’re very accommodating I cannot thank you enough. The final results of my rhinoplasty was exactly what I asked for. I would recommend them as a 5 star clinic. I was invited for a follow up appointment too which was very helpful to make sure everything was healing well. Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Dr Ms assistant, Abdel, talks, walks and literally takes you through each step before you get there and when you are there. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going to happen and nothing was too much trouble. Dr M was lovely and made me feel normal and comfortable even when I was being marked up and I thought I would feel super exposed. Happy smiley man who is really invested in what he does and making sure that people have the right results for their bodies. His nurse Ella is also amazing. Looks after you so well and makes sure you feel comfortable. Such a nice person. Brilliant overall aftercare from. And my results! I’m so happy. Super low and tidy scar (TT) which is fading well and will be easily covered. I’ve already booked to go back for something else as I truly trust him to do, not only excellent work, but make the right decisions for your body. Can't recommend enough!

Dr Ercan is very professional doctor. He speak English very good my personal experience with him was very good my surgery went very well. I travel from United State to Turkey. There timeline and appointment everything was good. There was no changing in any appointments and any time I call them they answer me. The Assign a translator to me he name was Irem. She was with me all time she even helped me to put my clothes back on after the surgery. Overall I recommend Dr. Ercan and gave him 5 stars.
