I gave a five star rating because I had a really good experience when I was on holidays in Turkey. The reception staff spoke English and were very friendly and professional the nurse was kind and was extremely competent and the doctor was compassionate and took the time to explain what I needed and communicated to me very clearly a WhatToExpect with the results I had also been contacted with after-care and additionally was given some pathology results of the scar they had treated.
