There is no pain after, and the sleep during the surgery is pretty good. After the surgery I only felt a discomfort pretty much like when you have a cold. The hospital staff will check you constantly during the day and the night after the surgery. A week after you will have a check up where your tampons and cast will be removed. Prepare yourself for a huge surprise and some happiness tears. I did cry when I saw my new nose for the first time. I mean, I knew it will be nice, but my nose was perfect!
